Refund Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026. This page describes our general approach to deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Specific terms for your project are set out in your signed written contract, which controls if there is any conflict with this page.

Deposits
Most projects require a deposit at the time a written contract is signed, with the balance due on a schedule tied to material delivery and/or project completion, as set out in your specific contract. Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by project size and scope.
Cancellation window
Florida law generally provides a right to cancel certain door-to-door or off-premises sales within three business days of signing, and your written contract will disclose any cancellation rights that apply to your specific transaction. Outside of any legally required cancellation window, cancellation terms — including whether a deposit is refundable, partially refundable, or applied to costs already incurred (such as custom-ordered materials) — are set out in your signed contract.
If a permit is denied
If a required building permit is denied for reasons outside Everseal's control, we will work with you on next steps, which may include resubmitting with corrections, adjusting project scope, or discussing the disposition of any deposit paid, consistent with the terms of your written contract.
Custom and special-order materials
Impact windows, doors, and garage doors are frequently manufactured to your home's specific openings and specifications. Because of this, deposits may be non-refundable or only partially refundable once materials have been ordered from the manufacturer, as disclosed in your contract before you sign.
Warranty & service issues
Refunds described on this page relate to project deposits and cancellations, not manufacturer product warranties or workmanship warranties, which are handled separately and disclosed in your project paperwork.
Questions before you sign
We encourage you to ask about deposit amounts, cancellation terms, and what happens in a permit-denial scenario before signing any contract — not after. We would rather answer these questions up front than have them come up mid-project.
